{"id":166,"date":"2007-05-10T22:06:00","date_gmt":"2007-05-10T22:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.specialtystoreservicesblog.com\/2007\/05\/10\/interesting\/"},"modified":"2007-05-10T22:06:00","modified_gmt":"2007-05-10T22:06:00","slug":"interesting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.specialtystoreservicesblog.com\/testblog\/interesting\/","title":{"rendered":"Interesting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>I imagine that I will title a lot of blog entries &#8216;Interesting&#8217;, but one of my co-workers gave me an article out of a magazine called &#8220;EdDealer.&#8221; The article is called &#8220;21 tips for a better store experience&#8221; by a guy named Doug Fleener.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The 21st tip is &#8220;Smile!&#8221; and on the surface it seems silly, like a throw away feel good kind of a thing, but if you think about it, it really makes sense.\u00a0I mean, how many times have you gone into a store and behind the counter was a grim-faced teen greeting you with a scowl? One time my wife and I went to the movie and they had a place to buy ice cream. My wife wanted a milk shake so we went to the counter and asked for one.
